On August 20, 2012, Ridley Scott stopped creation of the film because of his sibling Tony Scott’s demise. He crossed out that week’s shoot with a specific end goal to set out to Los Angeles to be with his sibling’s gang. Scott came back to London to continue creation on September 3.
